There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, honesty, in-depth community knowledge, high quality professional network, great negotiation and communication skills, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
In my experience as a Real Estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service essentially means being accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding to clients' questions and concerns promptly.
I obtained my Real Estate Licence in December 2005. My full commitment and dedication to my clients helped me achieve "President's Gold Award in 2007, the "Hall of Fame" award in 2011, and I have been awarded "Platinum Club" status in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015. To better assist my clients "Sellers" I successfully completed and obtained the S.R.S. (Seller Representative Specialitst) Designation. I am also an active member of the "Luxury Home Marketing Institute" which specializes in the marketing and selling of Luxury Homes.
My focus is NOT on the quantity of listings, but on the quality of service and RESULTS I deliver to my clients! My goal is to ensure that each and every one of my clients feel like the are "the ONLY and MOST IMPORTANT client". I've surrounded myself with a team of professional experts and consultants to ensure all of my clients' questions and concerns are answered in a timely fashion. My staging crew assists me in transforming each property I list from "ordinary" to looking like "A MODEL HOME"!
